For orders scheduled for delivery between 11–15 February 2026, all deliveries will be made between 8.30am and 8.00pm.As this period surrounding Valentine’s Day is our busiest time of the year, we’re unable to accommodate time-specific delivery requests. This allows us to serve all customers fairly and maintain smooth operations.
If you require the flowers to arrive at a specific timing, we kindly recommend arranging self-collection or your own delivery. Please select “Self pick up” at checkout if you wish to pick up your order personally.
We offer free delivery within KL & PJ areas. Delivery fees apply for all other locations.
For mixed flower arrangements, in the event that certain flowers are not available, we will replace with flowers of a similar value while maintaining the overall look and feel of the arrangement.
