For orders scheduled for delivery between 9-10 May 2026, all deliveries will be made between 8am and 10pm. As this period surrounding Mother’s Day is our busiest time of the year, we’re unable to accommodate time-specific delivery requests. This allows us to serve all customers fairly and maintain smooth operations.
If you require the flowers to arrive at a specific timing, we kindly recommend arranging self-collection or your own delivery. Please select “Self pick up” at checkout if you wish to pick up your order personally.
For mixed flower arrangements, in the event that certain flowers are not available, we will replace with flowers of a similar value while maintaining the overall look and feel of the arrangement.
